Recently I sold an item to a person,
The delivery address had an issue so they sent it back to me,
and then I sent it back to the buyer again.
The buyer claimed they hadn't received it when the tracking number clearly says they did and eBay ruled in their favour.
I appealed, and perhaps it was my fault for not stating the tracking number, but they ruled against me again.
Is there anything I can do about this?
Maybe it's my fault for being young and bad with money, but I'm literally an 18-year-old w no job in debt now for an amount of money which would definitely not impact the buyer at all ( they've been purchasing under a business name so I assume they have at least a good 100$ in their account T_T)
