A customer in the UK opened an a "item is defective or dosent work" case against me for 2 items i sent . I know they are ok and dont want to refund , just feel the buyer has changed mind with it and wants me to pay for return shipping ,So i clicked on return to sender option and now I'm being asked by ebay to send a return shipping lable This obviously cant be done and im now locked into this senario Do i have any other options ?
