i just ended 8 items and found only 4 were in unsold folder, i checked email and only receive 4 end item emails, so 4 of ended items disappeared permanently, i contacted ebay the staff was a idiot who request item id otherwise can't help, can anyone encountered such situation?
i just contact another ebay staff and she said isting even it is a GTC one, if it is inactive or quantity remain 0 after 90 days, it will be removed and not tified, which means if you would like to keep your sale record but your shipment come late not within 90 days, your listing will be removed!!!
What you are saying is that you ended them more than 90 days ago. I think?
I dunno. I certainly don't rely on eBay to provide me with business management systems, even though I have never had an issue with ended listings disappearing before 60 (my selling) or 90 (SMP) days.
