If the reason they gave is not right then you can report that member for invalid bid retraction.

You can block them to stop them bidding on any more of your items by adding them to your Blocked Bidder List.

a bid is an offer and can be withdrawn at anytime (well 12 hours on eBay) before acceptance occurs (end of the acution) They don't need your agreement as until the end of the auction with them as the winning bidder, you have not accepted their offer.

 

A person can make as many bids as they like (if no restrictions/blocks in place).

 

They have done you a favour by cancelling the first bid if they did not want the item. There are plenty of stories of how buyers bid on multiple items, win them all and then choose which one they want and not pay for the others.


Some people can go their whole lives and never really live for a single minute.
