Your listing shows that you are on Managed Payments. Have you gone through the verification process with eBay ? You will have needed to give them your bank A/C details and proof of your identity before they will process your sales.
Edit to add. Because you haven't sold in over a year your funds will be put on hold until you can show proof by tracking and/or feedback that the sale has been successful.
