i sold an item and buyer says too small, paypal gave a refund, but i have not received the return, after 2 weeks,

i hve asked the buyer where he posted, no reply, paypal only favours the buyers, have contacted paypal they say

he sent tracking no. but anybody can send any tracking no. which will not show up at OZ post.

Ring Paypal and tell them that the tracking number is invalid and you have not received the item back. Give them a few days to investigate and then call back. If you are absolutely sure the tracking number is false (and not for a courier or overseas postal service) ask to speak to a supervisor and if still no go tell them very calmly that if you do not receive a refund of the money taken from your account you will have to make a complaint to the FOS.

Did you give measurements in the listing? If not or if you are sure any given were correct then you obviously did not defend the dispute hard enough as something being too small is not significantly not as described.
