printing postage labels

Anyone having issues with printing the postage labels? I didn't try this morning but since mid aftrnoon it won't give me the option the print the label. I can do eveyrthing but no postage price comes up now does the button to create the label.

I've tried Chrome, IE & Mozilla, same thing on all of them

Is it happening on every sale or just one?

If it's just one, has the buyer completed checkout?

I've only had 2 sales so far today and both have bene paid for via paypal straight away.

I sold 2 items last night Used Ebay Lable Print and No Problems All went Through

May just have to wait until the morning & see if it's any different, if not I'll go directly thru Aust post.

Have done several today without a problem.
When you go through AusPost instead of Ebay does it cost you more since they don't do the $7.15 satchel anymore? Or is there some way around that?

the last time i dis this i turned the ebay bag inside out and used the option my own packaging, cost $7.20. remember the ebay 10% discount rebate has been extended till the end of December. for the $7.20 use your own packaging . I am going to ring ebay tomorrow to find out .

Maybe you need to make sure the customer address is correct.
