Can't leave feedback for seller as it won't let me submit.

For some reason, I can't leave feedback. After I've clicked on "positive" I normally then add my own comments into the feedback area, but now words have automatically been added by eBay, along the lines of "Great find! I really like my purchase."
I'm happy to use these words, but when I then click on submit feedback, absolutely nothing happens - the "submit feedback" icon just stays grey and I don't think the feedback is submitted.

Once you type your own feedback you sometimes need to take the cursor out of the feedback area so the leave feedback button turns blue.

Thanks 😊 All sorted - I highlighted the pre-determined eBay feedback, deleted it and added my own. After I did that, the Feedback button turned blue and I manged to submit!

Click in the field with the pre-written words and type away. The pre-written text will disappear.

The text in a faint grey is a default text which vanishes once you start typing your own comment.

I don’t know anyone who has used that completely inappropriate automatically presented text. It is entirely possible that this default text isn’t actually a default in the usual sense – that you’ll still need to type your own comment before you can submit your feedback.

Ignore the pre - thingy - tick + then just type your own feedback.
