I can't add tracking numbers to orders I've sent! The "Add Tracking" page isn't working properly

The desktop version of eBay (computer) won't allow me to add tracking numbers to my posted orders. The "Add Tracking" page doesn't load properly and the save button does nothing. I'm getting super annoyed. Some of my orders I can get away with doing through the eBay app on my phone, which is very inconvenient and time consuming, but multiple item orders can't be done that way because the tracking only adds to one item in the order.

It's the bulk "add tracking" that isn't working. It's not my computer or browser that's the problem. There's a glitch somewhere in eBay. The page simply doesn't load properly and what does load is completely unusable.

I have used the bulk add tracking tool to add tracking numbers to my orders for years and I've never had a problem until now!

Whatever the problem was it seems to have fixed itself 🙂

l always add tracking from my sold items page....no problem
