Can anyone explain why my fees show final value fee and then final value fee on shipping

It appears I have been charged twice for each item that is sold and works out to be roughly 20% of the final sale price. Is this correct or is this an error of some sort. At the rate Ebay are taking money for each item it is hard to make any sort of profit at all. Can any one tell me if this is correct or not as I don't understand why I am charged twice and at this rate it is not worth trying to sell anything here unless you list an extremely high starting or buy it now price. Don't get me wrong, I understand that they take their cut but 20%? is a lot for a small seller to lose.

It's not 20%.

It's 9.9% of total invoice amount.

It was several months ago ebay introduced fees on postage to stop the rorting that was happening.

But it shows seperately on the invoice.

The news was all over the boards and announcements were made well prior to it being introduced.
