WHY AM I ASKED TO PAY FOR PRIORITY SHIPPING AND THEN PITNEY BOWES SENDS MY PURCHASES BY ECONOMY SHIPPING AT HALF THE PRICE????? WOULD APPEAR TO BE A MASSIVE SCAM THAT EBAY HAS TO BE WELL AWARE OF AS THEY GET A COMISSION ON POSTAGE AND CONTRACTED PB.THIS MASSIVE SCAM HAS TO BE EXPOSED AND PAID FOR.I CAN GET NO ANSWERS FROM EBAY WHO ARE VERY EVASIVE ABOUT THE ISSUE AND PB WILL NOT RETURN CALLS.something is beginning to stink!! AND ANY SUPPORT OR COMMENTS TO HELP EXPOSE THIS SCAM WOULD BE APPRECIATED,THANKS,Bill.

This is not a site problem and would be bset putting it on the Discussion Boards.

Pitney Bowes (GSP) handle a lot of the US eBay sellers delivery and this is something you need to check whenever you buy from the US.

I wouldn't touch GSP - so I ask the seller to use USPS, before I bid or buy, and if they can't do that, I steer clear.
