how can I change the ending time for items , it is now shows 22:00HR pm, I want I want it as 1:00pm

Does any one know how to change the ending time for buying iyems from 24 HR time to thr normal time '

it now shows 20:50 hr pm, i want it back to normal as 8:50 pm

please help if you can
