Is this the original aussie VHS release?

I picked up this Mad Max VHS (see pics below) recently and I'm thinking about selling it here on the bay.

There is no release date on the box, but I think this may be one of the original VHS releases here in oz, at least with the American cover art anyway.

Anyway, I would like to find out which releases it is before sell it, so if anybody has any info, it would be most appreciated.

It looks like a very early release of the take it home to own vhs.

The originals were the Roadshow ones you got at the video library to borrow with a similar picture and there was also the Roadshow release of the blue cover with the black silohette of Max that I know of

advise you to play the thing, clean it, check it for quality before you list it.
