I'm not able to send invoices or answer messages

I've been trying to send invoices to my buyers this morning and each time it comes as 'try again later'.

The same happens when I've been trying to answer questions - shows 'error' and page can't be found.  

Never happened before - is it just my site or is there an ebay problem?

It's been a bit glitch over the last couple of days, from time to time, so they're obviously fiddling with something.

Have you tried the usual "fix" of clearing cache and cookies then rebooting your computer ?

 

What happens if you try a different browser ?

up until half an hour ago, I was unable to list anything - came up "Global Error".....
