Sale yesterday for 13 items totalling $200.89 & amended postage to $6.00.
Selected Send Invoice- This invoice issued for $722.00 plus $108.00 Postage, Total $830.00 instead of $206.89.
On further investigation the falsely generated invoice includes charges for 23 additional items the same buyer had purchased during the previous month and all paid promptly with feedback, marked as paid and marked as sent, dealt with accordingly. How can I produce the correct Invoice for $206.89 as the system will only allow me to send the grossly inaccurate Invoice at this time?
