Receiving Error code: 70360 when trying to check out, Paypal browser update?

Trying to check out, and I'm getting Error code: 70360.

There is a statement saying I must update my browser before June 30th, 2018, and directing me to Paypals website. 

I'm running the latest version of Safari, and have also tried checking out with the latest version of Chrome. I've cleared the cache in both, and I can log into my paypal account directly with no problems. 

I called Paypal customer support, and they said there are no issues on their end and suggested I reach out to ebay technical support.

Hello, s-roho,

This is an issue that's been popping up for a while. Below are two possible solutions/workarounds:

1. Sign out of eBay.com.au and sign into eBay.ca (that is, eBay Canada) and make your payment; or
2. Go to your account settings in eBay, look for PayPal and remove the registered PayPal address. Once it is removed, you can apparently go through checkout and enter the PayPal address there.

Hopefuly at least one of these will work for you!
