Not only are they allowed to pass on your details, they are required to do so by Law.

This notification by ebay is nothing new.....it has been happening for a number of years now.  All that changes is the cutoff amount...that has been slowly reducing over the years.

I hope you realise that this years request is for the 2014 tax year, not the current year.
