I upload photos & do item specifics on my iPad, but save as drafts and write descriptions on my computer, as for some reason my iPad doesn't let me do descriptions without a fight.
I often have problems with photos, too. Like I'll upload two photos on my iPad, but when I list it from my computer, one photo will have reproduced three times. Very annoying!
The best advice I can give for this sort of thing is to upgrade to the latest system for your device, so its the most up to date version. That should help with things like speed downloading, ability to load pages properly, etc.
