A buyer has made me an offer on a fixed price item which I have accepted. How do I change the invoice to show the new price, and do I have to take my item off the selling list before then?

how do i manage posting an item back. Seller has given me a refund and agreed to pay return postage. Do i pay the postage and hope the seller pay me back. I can't seem to find any information to explain what is expected. Can anybody help.
