Our particular problem has been solved now, hope the same for others experiencing similar 'glitches'. If not, I'd advise contacting Ebay and/or Paypal direct. Cheers, Anne

I just checked again this morning, not expecting them to be there but lo and behold my 10 or so 'new' templates that I attempted to create during the glitch are there and usable . Looks like we're back in business :

I'm assuming at this stage that it is just a glitch, but there doesn't seem to be a fix as of this morning. I've notified Ebay about the problem, hope to hear back before too long.
