I just started my first sell listing and there is a dropdown box saying MPN, what does this stand for please?

a seller has opened a case against me, where he wants to cancel the sale, but has given no explanation, I have other purchases I'm waiting to pay for but need the seller to give me an invoice sale, any ideas?
