There's literally no sent option.

You have to go back to the 'CLASSIC' view to get the 'Sent' option and even then, it doesn't show all my sent messages.....

As you can see, I have sent messages but they're hidden in the Return Details tab. I don't understand why they wont show up in My Ebay: Messages

Where it says "We've updated messaging.  Try it now"

I don't see why you want to upload messages for a change of mind return - unnecessary IMO.

I meant upload photos for a change of mind return.

In order to accept the return outside the 30 day window, the seller has asked for photos of the condition of the package. I assume to rule out any funny business.

When I clicked on that it's the 2nd image on my original post. It doesn't show any sent messages.

The whole thing is a UX nightmare that needs updating.
