I can't upload pictures when asked for them, I can't see previously sent
messages. Please tell me I'm doing something wrong rather than the

When I clicked on that it's the 2nd image on my original post. It
doesn't show any sent messages. The whole thing is a UX nightmare that
needs updating.
In order to accept the return outside the 30 day window, the seller has
asked for photos of the condition of the package. I assume to rule out
any funny business.
There's literally no sent option. You have to go back to the 'CLASSIC'
view to get the 'Sent' option and even then, it doesn't show all my sent
messages.....
