I had a buyer contact me asking if I could ship to them in Australia. I went and looked at my listing and through the eBay international shipping program it shows Australia is a country they ship to, however, after the buyer bought the item they were unable to complete the transaction and being given the following error
“Unfortunately the seller won’t post to your location”
I was pretty confused on this as I’ve shipped to Canada and France so far with no issues. Any ideas?
