Why would you list an item starting at less than you are really willing to accept?
If you refuse to honour the sale, the winning bidder is perfectly within their right to leave you feedback reflecting as such
You choose the starting bid, so only choose the minimum you will actually sell for if there is only one or very few bids
Don't forget you will also be paying out fees, too

Yes you do. Always start an auction at the price that you are happy with. Ebay Au only have reserves on Real Estate & Motor vehicles. Ignore ebay advice about starting at .99 to drum up interest. If there is only one bid that is what the buyer wins it for.
