Hello.
A buyer has paid for an item (via Paypal), including the postage amount as quoted in my listing.
I now find that the AusPost shipping price is greater than I originally estimated.
The buyer has agreed to pay the additional amount.
My question is this:
Is there a process by which I can add, or link, the additional amount of postage to an 'already paid' transaction so that it if the buyer has to return the item, he will be refunded ALL monies he has paid (i.e. original amount paid on the invoice + the latter additional amount of postage)?
Naturally, the buyer is concerned about not compromising his cover under 'buyer protection'.
Thanks.

Send a request payment for the amount agreed too via paypal and once they pay it then post
You are lucky the buyer is happy to pay as they could have said no
