No, eBay staff do not read here

If you want to speak to eBay you need to go to the help tab at the bottom of any page and scroll to the bottom to the 'have us call you option'

Emailing is usless as *if* there is any reply it is bot generated and the call center staff just tell the caller want the want to hear to get rid of them

If this is about the problem you posted about in your other thread, you don't need ebay to tell you how to sort it out....you just need help from other members who you have been insulting.

It really is not difficult to request a refund when you have bought the same item twice.
