"Guaranteed Delivery"

Hi everyone, --

I am confused about the new "Guaranteed Delivery" option. How on earth can I guaranty this?

The moment I overhand my mails to Australia Post, its up to them to guaranty!

As a seller I have no influence at all on the delivery process of Australia Post. So what does Ebay actually want us to do?!

How do other seller guaranty this "delivery guaranty". And what happens when Australia Post does not delivery in time?

I would appreciate some info on this ๐Ÿ™‚

"Guaranteed Delivery"

The guaranteed delivery refers to guaranteed within a certain time.

You can choose to opt in or not.

But as you say, if the carrier lets you down, unhappy buyer.

"Guaranteed Delivery"

thank you kopenhagen5 for your response.

Thats exactly what I think --- as a seller, I actually can't guaranty for delivery.

Actually, I had trouble with Australia Post a couple of time because of lost mails ... and even undelivered mail, even with the prove of tracking that the mail is still at their facility! These things happen to often.
