I have just realised I have purchased a BIN item by mistake with another item from the same Seller.  I still need the other item.

You will have to contact the seller - there's a link to do this on the right of the purchased item. Explain your mistake and ask them to send you a Mutual Cancellation request to which you must 'agree'.

The seller is not obliged to do this and may choose to open an 'unpaid item' case against you instead, but from personal experience I can tell you that sellers are usually happy to deal with (and oblige) buyers who are polite and have good communication skills.
