I opened a return on shoes that I paid $30 + $10 postage because the seller lied about the width sho

I opened a return on shoes (<Removed> see item number 5059377170) because the seller lied about the width in an email response to my question about measurements,  after I had contacted seller to no avsail.

ebay very quickly closed the return request because "seller declined return"!!!!!!!!

**bleep**?  I thought there was some kind of buyer satisfaction guarantee from all the ebay blurbs I keep seeing. Does this mean that I can send any old kind of junk and when a buyer complains by opening a return, I can simply "decline"  and that's it...like a done deal?

So what do I do now..........Please?
