I bought some jeans on Dec 18, they hadn't arrived by early Jan but I thought it might have been due to xmas rush. Opened a Paypal complaint on 13/01/2014 after emailing seller with no replies. The seller finally replied on 28/01/2014, saying they hadn't yet been posted & would mail them out straight away (they sounded genuine), so I left the dispute open and waited for them to arrive.
I logged back into Paypal 3 days later and the dispute had "timed out" on 02/02/2014. I thought the case would be automatically awarded in my favour if the buyer can't prove that the shipped the item by the closing date?
Since then, I haven't heard from seller, & today I went to leave negative feedback but that has also timed out.
So how can I get my money back & report this sellers behaviour?
