Hi all
I recently made an error and purchased an item from overseas that had payment via Paypal only and I do not have a Paypal account. I have apologised to the seller and they have said that they understand, however I think due to difficulties with English as a second language, they haven't issued a mutual cancellation of transaction, despite my requests. What can I do now? It says that I can open a case after 10 days, does that mean that I can cancel it then? I really wanted this item, but I cannot find a way to pay for it.
