I jahve contacted the seller on 4 seperate ocassions regarding a warranty issue and they are ignoring me. What can I do?

have you just purchased the item - if so maybe log a return with ebay....it automatically pulls the payment from the seller until its resolved and the seller has to pay for postage

Unfortunately I purchased it about 5 months ago
