Hi, I won a car and rang the seller up to organise payment and pickup. They said, too late, been relisted and hung up on me.
Reorted to Ebay for erfusing to sell and left feedback as they suggested. Now the buggers have filled out an unpaid item case against me. Rang Ebay again and said maybe contact them again, and maybe file for a mutual cancellation.
How can they do that, even though I've reported them already for refusing to sell?
