I changed my mind to request my full refund $135 for my original purchase order (Boost Mobile $200 100 GB Data 1 Year Prepaid SIM Card Starter Kit) because the seller didn't carry out her promise and didn't respond my email any more. so how can I get a refund????

There's nothing change for this scam transaction so far - no email reply or answer! And I couldn't do anything with this situation because there's no purchase record shown in my account's purchase history. I'll not be able to cancel this order, anyways. How & what can I do with this case??
