my pay pal account has a bank account to take money out of if my pay pal account does not have sufficient funds. Why was it taken out of my credit card when it is not attached to my pay pal account.
That shouldn't happen if you haven't registered your credit card's details with Paypal. I advise you to phone Paypal with all the details to sort it out.
