When buying - 60 days is not long enough for orders to be considered active. Once 60 days is passed and an item is still not received - it's very hard to track them down and all the relevant information disappears - especially when multiple orders were shipped together from a seller. The dashboard should be 60 days PLUS any bought order where feedback has NOT been given - in this way it helps to keep track of when has not been received. This is very helpful if one does a lot of buying with many orders. I am now tracking down orders that have not been received for > 60 days and it's a nightmare resolving them when ebay could make it far simpler.
