8% discount code won’t apply at checkout

Hi all,

I have an item I want to purchase which give an 8% discount at checkout.  I’m an eBay plus member also.

when I add the item to my cart, click on the 8% discount it gives a code which I copy, then when I go to select that code it won’t appear and only my $5 plus member discount appear.  The discount should be $10.16

Any clues why, I’ve had this happen before and missed the discount.

Perhaps the T&Cs say something about the discount not being able to be combined with any other discount…?

Just worked out what I was doing wrong, thank you anyway.

I was expecting the discount once copied to the clipboard would automatically appear, didn’t realise I had to paste it in.
