Bought Item From Seller, Seller wont ship and reply to messages

NEED HELP URGENT!!!

hi guys I i'm in need of help. I won an item nearly 3 months ago. The seller told me that they were out of stock and wont have any in till 2 months later. They gave me a choice of refund or wait for 2 months. I told the seller it was okay and i shall wait for the stock to arrive.

It has been almost 3 months and i have been constantly messaging him asking if they know the date on when the stock will arrive to Brisbane or to my home. they have not yet to reply to any of my messages.

What action should i take?

You are pretty much out of luck, you are over the 45 day paypal dispute period. You should have asked for your money back instead of waiting

You should have been suspicious as soon as the seller said it would be 2 months before he would have new stock. Not only were you going to be out of time to open a dispute, but you would probably be out of time to leave feedback.

All you can do now is approach your bank about a chargeback if you funded a paypal payment with a credit or Visa debit card.
