Was the item listed as working or " not working for parts only " .

If listed as working.  .....Did you pay with Paypal or another "approved" method. If so you can open an item not as described  case in the resolution centre. The seller will be asked to pay for the return TRACKED postage, or he can decide to let you keep the unit. Once this process is complete you will be refunded by paypal. If you paid by direct credit to his bank account you are probably on your own.

The seller's new location is their issue - if a request is opened, eBay will require a return address that matches the original item location.

Firstly...
Did you collect the x-box from the seller,
OR

Did the seller post the x-box to you?

ALSO....

Did you pay cash on pick up,
OR

Did you pay by Paypal, or Bank Deposit, etc?

......................Then you can get the Correct answer to your dilemma
