How does a buyer get contact with ebay or seller to get invoices?

Ebay or the seller will send an invoice as soon as the auction has ended or the BIN button is pressed.

If you are looking for invoices for past purchases then in purchase history to the right of items is a small drop down menu, select 'view order details'. And you can select a printer friendly version.
