Can't get my refund

I cant get a refund after the 'seller' tells me for the 4th time it is being processed and be patient- July 8 was the order purchase- can someone from ebay au assist and when  go to said page can it at least open.

I think you waited far too long, as you only have 30 days since the last day of the estimated delivery to open an eBay case. When was the last day of the estimated delivery?

If you used PayPal, you can still open a case, as you have 180 days since the date of purchase.

Did you open a Item not recieved or a not as described dispute, or are you dealing directly with the seller.

If dealing direct, stop that and open a dispute.
