Cancel Order

Hi I have selected commit to buy, however I do not wish to purchase this item. Can I please cancel my order?

This is a member-to-member forum, so we cannot cancel the order. You will have to contact the seller, but usually orders have to be cancelled within an hour, and even within an hour requests can be denied. After an hour, I think it is a defect for the seller if they cancel. At any rate you have to contact the seller.

Why did you push commit to buy then? I can be a bit over hasty with things at times too but not usually when it involves money.

If the payment has already gone through, then all you can do is message the seller and ask if they are willing to cancel.

Get onto it quickly as the longer you leave it, the more likely the seller will have wrapped it, addressed it or even posted it and you won't have as much hope then.

For the future....

Don't click Commit to Buy.

Put the item you MIGHT want to buy in the Cart then click Save for Later.
