I want cancel a item that I sent money to who has not sent the item yet and I have contact the person and they have replayed back yet

I THINK you are saying you did not receive an item you paid for. IF you paid with Paypal, then you need to open an 'Item Not Received' dispute with Paypal within 45 days of the purchase. Then escalate it within another 20 days.

If the last bit is 'they haven't replied yet', then they might not understand you.

I'm struggling.
