Car seatcovers

I bought car seat covers thinking the shop was in Australia. When I received the car seat covers they do not fit, are far too small. The next day I went to the post office to return them and the address was in Dublin Ireland. The PO informed me that no mail was being sent to Ireland and Ireland was not accepting mail from Australia. When I checked out couriers companys it was going to cost me triple the amount of what the seat covers cost me to send them back. I wanted my mony back but how can I when I cannot return the goods?

Open a dispute with eBay's MBG, with an "item not as described" the seller needs to pay for the return postage. DO NOT close the dispute until you are completely satisfied with the outcome - disputes cannot be reopened once they are closed.

Never, ever pay for postage unless you have changed your mind.

Open a case as mentioned. Do not be persuaded by the seller to return them.

Seller either has to send you the funds for return postage, or they have to refund.

For future reference - you can see where a seller is based by looking at their feedback page.
