Hi, I've left neutral feedback for a seller who sent me an item that wasn't in great condition. The seller has given me a partial recund & asked that I change my feedback to positive which I'm happy to do but cannot find out how to do it. All the forums I've followed come up with No revision to my feedback available". What the hell does this mean & how can I adjust the feedback I've given someone else?
