Hi, I'm trying to contact ebay about a transaction involving multiple items. But I can't find a path in their workflow to contact or email them because the case is closed.
Is there an email, or can they contact me?

Don't bother emailing them, you'll get nowhere that way, best to phone them or preferably get them to call you back. Ask to speak to a supervisor if the first rep can't help you.

They could well respond.If they do more than likely it will be an automated response which has nothing to do with what you asked
