I have become aware that this fraud has been running for more than 12 months. Why hasn’t the seller been shut down. <Removed> with PayPal receipts in the name of <Removed>. She is assuming other people’s identities to set up accounts with 3rd party business. She then provides a stolen credit card to pay for the products. The products are often delivered before the card is discovered to be stolen so Ebay feedback is generally positive The 3rd party company only has contact details for me and demand return of products or further payment. Why hasn’t this been referred to the police?
I am disappointed this is not being treated more seriously.

As you have this information, what action have YOU taken?
why have you not reported it to the police?
Or the banks/credit card people?
Or ACORN?
When did you report this activity to eBay and how?
Did you report to an eBay supervisor or just the overseas call center?
Not sure how you expect other buyers and sellers to do anything, you have all the details so act on it. People here have nothing to do with it
eBay staff do not read here

They currently have no items for sale.

Everyone can leave follow up feedback informing others of any fraud if presen.

Just be aware that can be a scam set up by someone hijacking an account and her eBay account may have
been hijacked and the claims could be false.

You are the only one who can refer it to the police and you need to do so if fraud is present.

You need to ask to speak to a supervisor to make eBay more aware of the issue.
This gives you their direct links without having to go through their rigmarole:

Just keep in mind that the Call option is only available during business hours,
(from 8am to 8pm AET Monday to Friday, and 9am to 7pm AET Saturday and Sunday).
Have us call you seems to be the best option.
Just scroll to the bottom of that page.
You can also report them to Acorn if the seller is in Aus:

As you have been told, you can't change feedback. What you can do is leave followup feedback.
