Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if you got your money back.
Purchased item for $9.99 on the 7th Dec, paid straightaway with CC.
Today 9th Dec, received another debit on my CC for $59.90, under the same order number as the above purchase.
Contacted seller, still waiting for response.
Contacted ebay, who tell me it is a glitch, and money should return within three days..... but if it doesn't do a chargeback through my credit card.
I am really concerned that this could happen, and really do not feel comfortable with the response I received. I probably could accept this as a glitch if the debit was for the same amount, but the fact it is for a much larger amount makes no sense that it is a glitch.
Looking for any feedback from anyone else this may have happened to, and how long before money was returned.
