After the last estimated delivery date, you can open a case for Item Not Received.

What is the item number (RHS of the listing page) ?  Was the item showing as pick-up only ?

When was the purchase?

What was the estimated delivery on the listing?

You mention pick in the header, is that pickup only?

You mention seller is rude,  but next sentence they don't communicate?  Can only be one or the other?

How do you know it wasn't delivered to the local post office?
